This is the spirit, juice and syrup mix for our Spiced Rum Sour cocktail. It comes in a one pint carton (568ml).
Garnishes: 4 dehydrated lemon wheels, 4 cherries and 4 cocktail swords.
Add 125ml of mix to cocktail shaker
Shake for 15-20 seconds
Pour into a chilled rocks glass, taking care to keep back the used ice (put down the sink – it’s done its job)
Decorate with lemon wheel and cherry provided
